London Plumbers & Drainage have been trading for many years. They traded without a website & any advertising. As the industry changed, they wanted to generate new enquiries & enhance their online visibility. Services include plumbing repairs, boiler repairs, installation & emergency services. The objective was to grow the business & expand.

Previous Strategy

London Plumbers have never really advertised historically but it was clear the industry was changing & they needed a completely new approach. Traditional means of advertising were dying out (newspaper, radio ads, Yellow Pages, etc) & they were looking for someone they could trust to both help them with their digital presence & grow the business in a measurable way.

The director was happy to spend but did not want to put his money into anything he couldn’t measure. He knew online was the future as competitors had all increased their online presence & visibility. They needed a solution that would build their brand online & also deliver more new business leads at a lower cost per lead.

The key to this campaign was being able to do 2 things. 1- Produce more leads & 2 – Prove that the resulting jobs came through our campaign. Also, to allow 100% visibilities so that they can accurately track spend, clicks, calls & measure the exact ROI.
